Bends
Bends or directional changes are often used in raceywas to help them run in an organized and safe manner. Without bends, the cables could become tangled or damaged, creating problems for the entire system.
When installing the raceways, it’s important to choose the right type and size of the bend to accommodate the number and type of raceways that will run through it.
Raceway Junction Box
In a structure, the electrical conduit or thermoplastic-sheathed cable (TPS) wiring system might include a small metal junction box as one of its components.
